The Client agrees to the payment terms as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Payments are to be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

Developers Dom agrees not to disclose any confidential information provided by the Client without prior written consent. Similarly, the Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information about Developers Dom.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the project are retained by Developers Dom unless otherwise specified in the project proposal or agreement.

6. Communication

Effective communication is essential for a successful project. The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to Developers Dom. Likewise, Developers Dom will keep the Client updated on the project’s progress.

7. Timelines

Developers Dom will make every effort to complete the project in a timely manner, as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Developers Dom will inform the Client of any significant delays.

8. Changes and Revisions

Any changes or revisions to the project scope or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for significant changes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The Client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

Developers Dom will not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal repercussions resulting from the use or misuse of the services provided.

11. Governing Law
